Who I Am

I am a Licensed Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience in ABA. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings including schools, clinics, homes and long-term residential facilities. In addition to my role as a school based clinician for learners with Autism, I am the founder of Significant Bliss Behavior Coaching and Consultation. I strive to utilize the principles of ABA to collaborate with my clients to transition into the next phase of their personal journeys. In addition to coaching services, I also offer supervision to individuals collecting fieldwork hours required to sit for the BCBA/BCaBA exam. I am also extremely passionate about the dissemination of ABA and expanding Black leadership within the field through the examination of hiring, training, and mentorship processes within agencies.
