No, seriously, I mean it. I am not a life coach. I am not here to tell you how to live your life or to fill you up with influencer style platitudes. Instead, I am here to collaborate with you to discover what moves you. I follow the principle that my client knows best, and I am here as your teammate to follow your lead. I began my coaching journey in 2012 and have since supplemented this knowledge with my certification as a licensed behavior analyst. Utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, we work together to define your define your behaviors, habits, and goals, and determine the steps needed to get you to your next level. Every behavior we engage in serves a function, and it is my duty to work with you to determine that function.

Behavior Coaching Sessions
Life can throw many unexpected obstacles at us, and while we cannot always predict the outcome of a situation, we can take control of how we respond. With behavior coaching, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. Everything we do serves us in one way or another. Once we are able to pinpoint the purpose of our behavior, we can take stock of what is valuable to us.
Significant Bliss Coaching also offers supervision for individuals preparing to sit for the BCBA/BCaBA exam.

Specialized Coaching Sessions & Rates
Find Your Bliss
4 sessions/month with check-ins in between sessions
Behavior coaching allows clients to identify their motivations, reinforcers and habits in order to enact positive changes in their lives. This package offers the most face to face sessions with your behavior coach, allowing for more collaboration and a greater focus on learning the skills that will bring your bliss into focus.
2 sessions/month with brief check-ins between sessions
This package is perfect for individuals who want to utilize behavior coaching as a way to supplement the habits and skills they already have in their arsenal. This package focuses less on face to face sessions with your coach and more on working with your coach as an accountability partner. Your behavior plan will still be tailored to your specific needs and goals, but with more time in between sessions, self monitoring will be key to your success.
Á la carte maintenance/additional sessions
Maintenance sessions are available to clients who feel they would like to add on an additional session the their current package. These sessions are also available to past clients who are looking for breakthrough coaching to conquer immediate short term blocks. Breakthrough coaching sessions are offered on a case by case basis.
